I've been told we had a big crew go into our offices and labs and completely disinfect everything. They've also had consultants in, to advise on the airflow through offices due to the A/C. I'd suggested everybody having a HEPA filter in their office, but not sure whether that will happen - our layout is such that almost everybody has an office with a door, which is pretty unusual, but will also help with distancing. According to what I saw, when we return we're going to be wearing masks and gloves at all times. I don't really see how it's going to work, but that's just me.

I would think false positives (low specificity) would be a helluva lot more problematic than false negatives. If you are false positive, you may think you are safer than you are. article about in the times a few days ago. On the other hand Harari in Sapiens talks about myths and the the corporation is a myth. Hard to build a strong myth without lots of connection. As it is employees are barely loyal to companies anymore and often it is the corporation knowlingly or unknowingly doing that. 100% remote only ups the odds. Whether the isolation and job flipping is good for someone is a good debate.
